FAQ's

Is parking available at the hotel?

Car parking is available at the hotel on first come first serve basis and is chargeable at £12.50 overnight. Should our car park be full when you arrive, alternative ‘pay and display’ spaces are available outside the hotel and there is a local NCP car park within 5 minutes' walk.

How far away from Birmingham City Centre is the hotel?

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk and is approximately 0.5 miles from Birmingham City Centre. If you are using a Sat Nav to reach the hotel please use the postcode B1 1NS.

When do you charge my debit or credit card?

Payment for your reservation will be taken on the day that you check out. However, if you have booked an Advance Saver Rate, payment for your reservation is taken at the time of booking.

Do you require a pre authorisation from a debit or credit card?

A pre authorisation is required for every reservation and is requested at reception on check in. 

Do you accept payments in cash?

We do accept cash payment for accommodation however proof of ID is requested at the time of checking in from of either a valid Passport or Driving License.  If you do wish to pay by cash a pre authorisation will still be required by card.

Do you accept Group Bookings?

Group bookings are accepted and are subject to availability and terms and terms and conditions (issued as part of a group booking contract). Are pets allowed at the hotel?

There are no pets allowed, with the exception of guide dogs. Please inform the hotel in advance should you have a request to accommodate your helping dog 0121 622 8800.

Is the hotel accessible to wheelchairs?

Accessibility is a priority at our hotel and lift access is available to all floors. The hotel reception is on the ground floor and restaurant and bar on first floor are accessible by lifts. Do you have sofa beds in the bedrooms?

We do have sofa beds in our family bedrooms only and these are subject to availability. Sofa beds are suitable for children up to 12 years of age only. Should you wish to book a family room with a sofa bed, please contact the hotel on 0121 622 8800.

We do have a restaurant at the hotel which is open from 6:00pm and last orders are at 9:30pm. 24 hour menu is also available on request.
